All our tours include a private vehicle, professional chauffeur, complimentary water and WiFi, tolls, and parking fees. Entrance fees to monuments, meals, and optional tour guide services are not included and should be arranged separately.

Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. After you submit your booking request, our team will check availability, reach out to confirm details, and send you a secure payment link. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We offer private tours throughout the entire Portuguese coast—from Setúbal in the south to Cascais, Sintra, Nazaré, and Fátima. All tours start from your location in the greater Lisbon area or Setúbal (hotel, Airbnb, etc.). Custom itineraries and route modifications can be arranged—just contact us.

Tours are priced per vehicle, accommodating up to 8 passengers in our Mercedes eVito van. For larger groups, we can provide additional vehicles with better group pricing. Payment is required in full at the time of booking via our secure payment link. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We operate a premium fleet including Mercedes eVito (8 seats), Mercedes EQS Limousine (4 seats), and Škoda Superb Combi (4 seats with extra luggage space). All vehicles feature air conditioning and are maintained to the highest standards. Every tour is completely private—your group will never share the vehicle with other passengers.

Absolutely! While our tour images and itineraries are representative, stops can be adjusted for good reasons. Feel free to discuss photo stops, restroom breaks, or special requests with your chauffeur. We're here to make your experience memorable and flexible.

Meals are not included in the tour price. However, if you have specific dietary requirements or restaurant preferences, just let your chauffeur know—they'll be happy to drive you to places that meet your needs.

Our tours range from 4 to 8 hours, depending on the itinerary and your preferences. Specific durations are outlined in each tour description.

All our chauffeurs are native Portuguese speakers with B1/B2 level English proficiency. Many also speak basic Spanish, French, and Italian (A2/B1 level). For a dedicated tour guide with expert local knowledge, we can arrange one for an additional fee.

We can accommodate accessibility needs with advance notice—please inform us when booking so we can make proper arrangements. Child seats, booster seats, and infant seats are available upon request (required by law). All our vehicles are equipped with seatbelts for every seat.

During summer, Portugal can get quite warm, so sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses) is recommended. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for sightseeing. Most importantly, bring your happiness and sense of adventure!

We offer a full refund (minus payment processing fees) for cancellations made up to 24 hours before your tour—no questions asked. For cancellations within 24 hours or other circumstances, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to assist.

Tours operate in most weather conditions, but if conditions are severe, contact your chauffeur to discuss rescheduling or last-minute adjustments. Please note that during festivities or special dates, some attractions may be closed, crowded, or difficult to access due to traffic. While we make every effort to advise customers in advance, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
